Our project is divided into six work packages, each led by a partner institution.

1 WP

Management

MVNGO Led by MVNGO

Work Package 1 focuses on carrying out project tasks within deadlines and ensuring timely completion of all activities while maintaining strict budget control. It aims to improve productivity and team performance by optimally utilizing available project resources. WP1 emphasizes achieving project objectives within the defined constraints by anticipating and mitigating potential risks in advance. Additionally, it seeks to enhance team collaboration and communication by making meetings more effective and simplifying communication processes throughout the project.

2 WP

Assessment

University of Siena Led by University of Siena

Work Package 2 aims to analyse existing training programs and guidelines on blockchain technology, as well as the specific needs of SMEs in the MENA region. It also seeks to raise awareness of blockchain within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, highlighting its potential as a valuable tool to drive growth and create added value for SMEs.

3 WP

Development of PBL Trainers' Program

URJC Led by URJC

Work Package 3 focuses on developing a new blockchain training model tailored for entrepreneurship educators. It aims to build the digital and entrepreneurial competencies of SME managers and entrepreneurs from high-growth potential businesses, enabling them to identify, evaluate, and integrate blockchain technologies to support business growth. Additionally, WP3 ensures that entrepreneurship educators, managers, and stakeholders have access to the knowledge and resources needed to effectively teach blockchain integration for SMEs.

4 WP

Development of Learning Modules

UNICA Led by University of Cagliari (UNICA)

Work Package 4 aims to promote blockchain technology within the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a valuable tool for driving growth and creating value for SMEs. It involves developing and testing the PEEB blockchain training model with entrepreneurship educators in the MENA region. WP4 also focuses on building the digital and entrepreneurial competencies of SME managers and entrepreneurs from high-growth potential businesses, enabling them to identify, evaluate, and integrate blockchain technologies into their operations. Furthermore, it ensures that educators, managers, and stakeholders have access to the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively teach blockchain integration for SMEs.

5 WP

Quality Plan — Evaluation and Improvement

PREDICT Led by PREDICT

Work Package 5 focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outputs through rigorous evaluation, review, improvement, and release processes. It also aims to guarantee the efficient and effective execution of the project by following an agile, iterative approach that allows for continuous refinement and optimization of activities.

6 WP

Dissemination & Exploitation

AQU Led by Al-Quds University (AQU)

Work Package 6 focuses on disseminating project results widely, providing outcomes to Tunisian and Palestinian universities, SMEs, and the broader community. It aims to strengthen collaboration between Tunisian, Palestinian, and EU higher education institutions to support further research and projects related to digital transformation and job growth. WP6 also seeks to develop the competencies of entrepreneurship educators, SME managers, and students, enabling them to apply blockchain technologies to innovative solutions. Additionally, it establishes a community of practice forum to promote lifelong and continuous learning.
